"Warranty help was good"
I had a problem with one of the bench parts and I was already feeling mentally drained, so I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with support. To their credit, they got back to me the next day and sent out a replacement without much hassle. It took about a week to arrive, which was a little annoying, but overall they handled it well

"Solid bar so far, no complaints"
I picked up this barbell from maxbarbell.com and, you know, totally calmly and not obsessively checking it after every session, it’s been holding up really well. The sleeves spin smoothly, the grip feels good without tearing my hands up, and after a few heavier workouts it hasn’t bent or started feeling loose. So far, I’m happy with it

"Return was easy and refund came fast"
I had to return one thing I ordered from maxbarbell.com because it just didn’t fit right for me. I was expecting it to be annoying for some reason, something about it made me think returns might be a hassle, but it ended up being easy. I sent it back and got my refund a few days after they received it. Support also replied to my email, nothing over the top, but they helped me out. Overall, it was a good experience.
